He was a man of daring and innovative spirit, thanks to whom Weatherton has been able to maintain its level of excellence over the years, developing the brand internationally and making it one of the most renowned names in the whole fashion world. Norman contributed to the exponential growth of this family business founded in 1958 by his beloved father, Alistair Weatherton, whose work he dedicated his life to honoring. About Weatherton, Norman once said: "I could not have greater pride than to see this name shine internationally and honore all the efforts and sacrifices of my father, who would have been delighted to see what he believed in more than anything inspiring so much passion and enthusiasm among new generations."
He leaves behind his son James, Creative Director of the Weatherton Fashion House, who wants to salute the generosity and exceptional empathy of the man who dedicated much of his time to philanthropy and charities, and who left his own mark on the Weatherton legend. He says: "The greatest tribute we can pay to my father is to continue to follow the path he and my grandfather blazed, so that the legacy of Alistair and Norman Weatherton can always lives on.
